Good morning.

My application for operator certification was received by Ms Debbie Zuccala which she outrightly denied

Thirty days had lapsed after I sent you my e-mail dated September 30, 2013 with the same SUBJECT : Continuing demand for the return of the original  educational credentials as evaluated by ERES and comments why a circle mark was wrap around the word "PHILIPPINES" as shown in the returned exact copy (photocopy) of my original educational credentials, but   you opted to hide and ignored to reply or to send  me back the original educational credentials with your signature and the signatures of Mr. Wes Wilkinson and Ms. Anna Hernandez to show proof that the three of you had conscientiously and prudently examined my educational credentials and determined that it could not merit a minimum six(6) educational point requirement for Grade 1  operator certification examination.

Please take a closer look at the images on the left. This is the letter of denial written by Ms Anna Hernandez saying that I do not meet the minimum educational requirement for the operator examination and gave me a "zero" educational point. Mr. Wes Wilkinson examined it and conformed  with      Ms Anna Hernandez findings, and  so with you.

Since September 6, 2012  I have asked that those original educational credentials be sent back to me with signatures of Ms Anna Hernandez and      Mr Wes Wilkinson to show proof that they have prudently and conscientiously examined those documents and determined that those educational credentials did not meet the minimum 6 educational points for Grade 1 operator certification examination. Since you belatedly upheld  their findings, hence, you, being in conformity with them should sign those documents, then send them back to me,  so that I may have the chance to show those educational credentials to a neutral third party to seek for their valued opinion and advise.

Please do not hide your professional responsibility and accountability behind the stamp of the Office of Operator Certification,  and by concocting deceits and gullible alibis. If you believe that I do not meet the minimum 6 educational requirement for the Grade 1 operator certification examination then, please have the original educational credentials covering the Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering as evaluated by ERES signed by the three of you and send them back to me.

AI Logo  Statement of Purpose                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

In the video shown a  logo is compared to the tip of an iceberg and being the tip, it represents the huge mass of ice beneath the surface. This logo is a symbol which represent the whole and complex business enterprise which the logo signifies. A logo therefore, lead one as to what to expect on what the enterprise is all about.

This time the requirement is to create a personal or business logo in black and white and I prefer  making one on the personal level. A logo which I would be designing need to be a representation of who I am and think I am . It would not matter to me how others may be looking or making comments about it, as the video for this exercise had shown or advised.  I would not care how stupid or learned I am to their eyes. What matter most to me is I devoted effort and passion into it and whatever is created, for me is a masterpiece in my own niche accomplished in most splendid way.

Sample of logos were shown in class and their application are mostly for the promotion of the business by which those logos tried to represent. They are really professional and impressive ones. Likewise, contract negotiations for logo design projects are discussed where expectations, design and budget are critical in evaluation of the project  worth. Too high or unrealistic expectation from client as the video imparted should be countered with persuasive explanation of how the project is to be accomplished in real design environment as clients are not actual designers after all.

I made the logo first with color combinations with a little gradient effect on it, out images of rounded cornered rectangle with star emblem. Then, I transform it to simple black and white color combination. I wrote BUENSUCESO PRODUCTIONS in it signifying that all my media productions endeavor would later be seen by the world with this accompanying tip of the iceberg, a logo, representing the enormous mass of ice beneath the surface, the mass of ice the ill fated Titanic unknowingly  refused to acknowledge, which I am pleased and proud to present to you today, with a subtle message of a couple of choices, do acknowledge or sink.

Under the circumstances your investigation will not be perceived as thorough and complete unless this entire highly relevant evidence, vital to your inquiries, is seen and taken into account by you.

Dear Supt Murphy

Assuming your investigation is still in progress, I have a suggestion to make.

Shell has frequently referred to an internal investigation by Shell that found no evidence to support the allegations made by OSSL.

For some reason, despite all requests made by the news media, including Ed Vulliamy of The Observer/Guardian Group, Shell has declined to let anyone outside Shell view the information gathered together for their internal investigation.

Since you are a senior police officer investigating the same potentially criminal matters, I hope you will insist, if you have not already done so, in having unrestricted access to ALL such information/evidence.

I have reason to believe that it will provide evidence that Shell has been engaged in a cover-up of the truth about this very serious matter.

SOME OF THE ALLEGATIONS

OSSL, a local contractor on the Shell Corrib Gas project claims that it supplied gifts and/or free services (sweeteners/bribes) to third parties on Shell’s instruction to smooth the path of the controversial project. OSSL says purchase receipts were destroyed by Shell and invoices falsified on Shell’s instructions to hide what was going on. OSSL alleges that alcohol worth tens of thousands of Euros was delivered to Garda stations by OSSL for distribution to police officers as festive gifts, including Garda policing protests against the project. OSSL claims Shell still owes OSSL money for the gifts, including Garda alcohol.

Under the circumstances your investigation will not be perceived as thorough and complete unless this entire highly relevant evidence, vital to your inquiries, is seen and taken into account by you.

If Shell refuses your request, that response would speak volumes.

Commonsense suggests that a complete file of the Shell internal investigation is held by Shell E&P Ireland and thus subject to Irish jurisdiction.

I hope you will act immediately on this important line of investigation if you have not already done so.
