SUBJECT :  Continuing demand for the return of the original educational
credentials as evaluated by ERES and comments why  a circle
mark was wrap around  the word  "PHILIPPINES" as shown in
the returned exact copy (photocopy) of my original educational
                credentials.

Dear Mr. James Maughan,

Now, after  I,  having exposed your machinations to avoid the return of my
"original" educational credentials with your signature and signatures of
Ms. Anna Hernandez and Mr. Wes Wilkinson,  you, with all due respect,
had resorted to manipulate incredible alibis. Instead, of sending back to me
the "original" copy of my educational credentials, you send me photo copy of
the "original" and called  "exact" copy of what I have sent to your office. Then,
as a proof that you and Mr. Wes Wilkinson together with Ms. Anna Hernandez
had conscientiously evaluated that "original" educational credentials, hence,
I have demanded that  the three of you signed it, as the three of you had
determined that it could not merit the minimum 6 educational point requirement
for  operator certification examination, but to avoid personal accountability,
you just place the stamp of the Office of Operator Certification. In addition,
instead of placing your signatures on that "original" educational credentials
as a matter of appropriate annotation, you have made a discriminatory circular
mark wrap around the word "PHILIPPINES". Wrapping the word "PHILIPPINES"
with a circle as a reason for annotation is untenable in the light of my painful
experience dealing with your office and employees.

May I reiterate in unequivocal terms that I  have sent the "original" copy of my
educational credentials covering the Bachelor of Science in Management
Engineering as evaluated by ERES. Sacramento, CA, together with my
application for operator certification and the check payment of $95. This set
of application documents was received by Ms. Debbie Zuccala. Hence, may
I most respectfully remind you that your statement on your e-mail below, to wit:

If this document was not the "original" then the only thing I can conclude is
that you never  sent the "original" to us but a copy." ,  is outrageous, baseless
and irresponsible. As a matter of fact, Ms Debbie Zuccala had not denied the
existence of the "original" ERES  educational credentials since
September 6, 2012 up to the present times .Ms Christine Gordon,
Mr. Wes Wilkinson and Ms Anna Hernandez, all did not deny the existence
of  the "original" copy of my educational credentials as evaluated by ERES.
Therefore, you can not belatedly claim otherwise,  during these times, after you
been caught  cheating and lying about it.

My prayers remain, please send me back the " original" copy of my
educational credentials covering the Bachelor of Science in Management
Engineering as  evaluated by ERES, Sacramento, Ca with signatures of
Ms  Anna Hernandez, Mr. Wes Wilkinson and yours as a proof that the three
of you have conscientiously  and prudently determined that it could not meet
the minimum 6 educational points requirement for Grade 1 operator
certification examination.

Thank you very much.

Cordially,

Antonio L. Buensuceso Jr.

Mr. Buensuceso,

I do recognize and acknowledge that you have made the same request several times. This request concerns us returning to you the original copy of your educational credentials.  We did return exactly what you sent us, and would point out that the document we sent you back has our original date and time stamp.  We place a date stamp on original documents that we receive in our office.

If this document was not the "original" then the only thing I can conclude is that you never sent the "original" to us but a copy.

Concerning the word "PHILIPPINES" being circled on the document we sent back to you, this is done routinely to annotate pertinent information on documents that we review. We gladly accept education credits from many countries including the Philippines.

Again to state we accepted the document in full faith but needed further clarifying information about specific classes taken in the course of you attaining your degree, so that we could give you the proper credit to take the exam.

Again I am sorry if this is not clear but I have stated this information several times.

James Maughan

The TRUTH will set you FREE.
