Today, Congressional leaders will hold a vote on whether to END funding to Planned Parenthood--funding which pays for breast and cervical cancer screening, STD tests, well-woman visits, and more.1
Members of Congress and the media will be watching Twitter before and during this vote, looking to see how Americans feel and what to report. Right now the conversation is all about misleading videos from extremist anti-abortion activists. If we tweet, we can make it about the critical work Planned Parenthood does for nearly 3 million women and men who access health centers annually for500,000 breast exams, 400,000 Pap tests, 4.5 million STD tests and treatments, and 700,000 HIV tests.2 So let's change the conversation!
