Supreme Court voted 10 – 4 to uphold the constitutionality of EDCA by harryroque Atty. Harry Roque, lead counsel in the petition against EDCA: It is regrettable that the Supreme Court voted 10 - 4 to uphold the constitutionality of EDCA which is a breach of the Court's duty to uphold the supremacy of the Constitution. It has also created a constitutional crisis between the Senate and the Court. It is our wish that the Senate exercises its political powers through the power of impeachment.
