SERENO _CONSTITUTION SUPREME IS A FARCE

Why did not she rise up to defend the Constitution against the Honor Code of the Philippine Military Academy in Cadet1CL Alvin Jeff Cudia's Case. In this case the Honor Code of the PMA reigned supreme over the Constitution of the Philippines. In fact, no one among the Justices ever mentioned that the Constitution is ever the supreme law of the land and must prevail over the Honor Code of the PMA. Unless the 13 Justices including the good CJ Sereno who voted to dismiss Cadet Cudia from the PMA come into an agreement to reverse their decision on Cadet Cudia's case, then hearing from them that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land is a farcical statement. IF THE ERRORS ON CADET CUDIA'S CASE AS SHOWN BY THE 13 JUSTICES ON HAVING THE CONSTITUTION BE SUBSERVIENT TO THE HONOR CODE OF THE PHILIPPINE MILITARY ACADEMY THEN, ONCE ANYONE AMONG THEM WHO SOUGHT REFUGE ON THIS DOCTRINE LATER THAT "  THE CONSTITUTION IS THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND" SHALL HAVE NO LEGS TO STAND ON, AS THEY HAVE THROWN THIS DOCTRINE TO TRASH,  SPECIFICALLY,  ON CADET CUDIA'S DISMISSAL FROM THE PHILIPPINE MILITARY ACADEMY  CASE. .http://shelltabangaorefinerylife.blog...
