It would save time for both of us.   Last June 15, 2020, I requested an update about our claim. You responded "I prepared and sent a letter out on Friday, 6/12/20." However, as I checked the envelop where your update letter was enclosed it was postmarked dated June 16, 2020 ... that is 4 long days after you wrote that letter...and another 4 days for the postman to deliver it to my address on June 20, 2020. That is 8 long agonizing days where we can do it in a day or two as we have done last May 6, 2020.  2. May I beg for your indulgence.  Could you please come and see actually my side of the story.  I have the excavation vandalized by John Titouah preserved for you to investigate. You can take actual measurements of it,  and compare it to the records  provided to you by John Titouah.  Then, I will show you videos on my possession so  that I may help you form an objective and impartial  view of this incident. Buensuceso GORDON LIU CLAIMS SPECIALIST STATE FARM HOME INSURANCE  RE: Claim Number 55-06C6-44X        Policy Number 77-C3-B499-7 Date of Loss :  April 26, 2020 Dear Mr. Liu: 1.  May I most respectfully inform you that it had been 3 days shy away from 2 months since April 26, 2020, when we had a slab leak,  our family had been undergoing stress, pain and suffering and worse the insurance which we thought we could rely on in these times of necessity turned its back on us, and worst, instead of conducting impartial investigation on our complaint against John Titouah in the grounds of fraud and gross misrepresentation by sending you a rigged and falsified video message presentation and untrue statements being  he could see no leak but a presumed leak under the foundation, you without any further investigation adapted his fraudulent claims, a couple of times. You did not even verify and check and validate those information,  if in fact, are true.  And, the best place to check on these information is by doing your investigation not on your table but in the site where the event actually happened. 2.  That is why we have the diggings vandalized by John Titouah preserved for you to take measurements and observations, including molds and fungi which based on your conjectures are really present relating to the the secondary damage that sudden slab leak done in our house and see the videos and pictures evidences in my possession of John Titouah's fraudulent acts. This is a help I am offering to you for you to arrive at an informed, objective and impartial outcome in your decision. 3.  My plea remains, please write through my email address the day and time you will be coming.
