Dear Mr. Liu: Now is already July 29, 2020, and I expect that though you have a lengthy detailed and comprehensive response to my email dated July 14, 2020 with subject : REQUEST THAT THE THIRD DENIAL LETTER BE REWRITTEN FOR CLEAR UNDERSTANDING DATED 14 JULY 2020,  I think that 15 days is more than enough to what is required for you to write a response, compared to just minutes for you to write the 5-page FIRST DENIAL LETTER dated May 6, 2020.
