AS EARLY AS MAY 29, 2020 I HAVE INFORMED YOU ABOUT MY CRIMINAL COMPLAINT OF TITOUAH AND STARTED INVESTIGATION OF JOHN TITOUAH'S INSURANCE FRAUD AND REPORTED IT TO THE POLICE AGENCIES AS PROVEN BY THIRD PARAGRAPH OF EMAIL LETTER DATED MAY 29, 2020. TO WIT: "State Farm denied the claim on account of the video presentation and statements by plumber, John Titouah to the effect that there is no leak in the slab but a suspected leak under the foundation. That is false and absolutely fraudulent. I have reported this to the San Diego Mira Mesa Neighborhood Watch Officer Christina Santos and to the local San Diego FBI in charge of internet fraud and white collar crimes." QUESTION 1.
