There are eight (8) paragraphs containing no policy defense in it. Look closely, this statement " This company does not intend by this letter to waive any policy defenses in addition to those stated above   " is from PAR.8. Then read PAR. 1 to 7 and show me where in those paragraphs I can find your policy defenses. Honestly, I could not find any. I therefore, urge you to re write your denial letters showing clarity and truthfulness in your statements to avoid confusion and cause unnecessary delay in our negotiations. PLEASE STUDY THIS CLAIM DILIGENTLY AND THOROUGHLY  AND DETERMINE ALL PERTINENT POLICY DEFENSES APPLICABLE TO MY CLAIM NOW.  ASSERTING ADDITIONAL POLICY DEFENSES LATER SHOWS THAT YOU HAVE NOT ACTUALLY DILIGENTLY AND  PRUDENTLY AND THOROUGHLY DEVOTED TIME TO STUDY THE CASE WHICH IS REFLECTIVE ON YOUR PART  OF A VIOLATION OF THE IMPLIED COVENANT OF GOOD FAITH AND FAIR DEALING BETWEEN US.
