GUENIOT BEING UTTERLY DISTASTEFUL, RIDICULOUS, AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT. I HAVE WRITTEN AND MOST RESPECTFULLY INFORMED HIM TO MAKE HIS REQUEST FOR VIDEOS FILE COPIES FORMAL SO THAT WE MAY HAVE A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT ARE HIS INTENTIONS HAVING FILE COPIES OF THOSE VIDEOS WHERE IN FACT ALL OF THOSE VIDEOS HAD ALREADY SEEN BY MR. GORDON LIU ON HIS JUNE 29, 2020 VISIT TO OUR PLACE, WHAT INFORMATION DO THEY WANT TO KNOW MORE. HENCE, IT IS MOST RESPECTFULLY AND EARNESTLY APPEALED THAT THEIR CONCERNS BE INCORPORATED INTO A FORMAL LETTER OF REQUEST FOR FILE UPLOAD OF THOSE VIDEOS. BUT MR. GUENIOT DID NOT AND REVERT BACK TO HIS CONTINUING INAPPROPRIATE RESPONSES STRATEGY. VERY INAPPROPRIATE, ABSOLUTELY. As I stated in my September 11, 2020 email to you, if you wish to provide State Farm with your videos in an effort to document the damages related to this claim, you may do so using the secure link sent to you to upload those videos.  State Farm has previously responded to your emails that contained allegations of misconduct by John Titouah.  State Farm will not respond to your allegations against John Titouah.  However, to the extent you allege State Farm is a party to a crime you allege was committed by John Titouah, State Farm denies that contention. Your email contains allegations of misconduct. All such contentions are denied.
