AND PAR. 6 DENIAL EMAIL dated August 25, 2020  You wrote, " Your emails have not presented new information with respect to the coverage evaluation "  AND " If you have any additional information regarding your claim which has not been previously considered or if you desire any additional explanation regarding this matter, please contact me." COMMENTS : 1. This statement  " If you have any additional information regarding your claim which has not been previously considered...  " means,  you have with you counts of information regarding my claim which you considered and counts of information you did not consider.  Please write to me the total count of information. So, for the sake of clarity on your position, please write to me both, a list of the information you considered and another list of information which you did not consider.  Among the list of information which you did not consider, kindly explain to me why those information did not merit your consideration and we will discuss each one of them in detail.  After which I may know matters to add more explanation to it as well as I may have a chance to add more new information not listed in your list. 2. " Your emails have not presented new information with respect to the coverage evaluation. " I  WANTED TO PRESENT NEW INFORMATION BUT HOW I WOULD BE ABLE KNOW ACCURATELY  WHAT IS OLD AND WHAT IS NEW  AND WHAT YOU CONSIDER AND WHAT YOU DID NOT CONSIDER, IF YOU REFUSED TO WRITE THEM ALL TO ME. HENCE, IT IS INCUMBENT UPON YOU TO PROVIDE ME A LIST OF INFORMATION SO THAT I MAY HAVE THE CHANCE TO KNOW INFORMATION WHICH YOU LIKE TO KNOW.
