In Claim Specialist Gordon Liu’s letter dated July 13, 2020, he referred to the videos he was shown during his inspection on June 29, 2020.  The videos were not provided to State Farm and your email below only includes an image of the video and not the actual video. I will be sending you a separate email with a link to upload videos, if you wish to provide State Farm with the seven videos referred to in Mr. Liu’s letter dated July 13, 2020. State Farm’s decision remains the same and this claim file remains closed.  Please refer to our previous correspondence and email communications.  All conditions previously quoted still apply.  State Farm is not waiving and rights under the policy or the law and continues to reserve all rights under the policy and under the law.
