SUBJECT : RESPONSE BY OWNER DERYK INN IS GROSSLY UNTRUE

Dear Mr. Eddie Atchley,

May I most respectfully inform you that I am bothered by what Mr. Derick Inn wrote in his reply to the comments I have with your agency on Google Maps where he made a false alibi that, and I quote, "We put you in touch with numerous claims representatives multiple times." . I am wondering where he got that information. Did you tell him that you have written to me numerous claims representatives multiple times. If you told him that information then please tell him that you lied to him. However, if Mr. Deryk Inn wrote that information by himself then please convince him that it is an inappropriate alibi because aside from Mr. Liu and Mr. Gueniot whom we both already knew, you did not inform me of any claim representatives. I have the screenshot of my posted comments about State farm and your agency where Mr. Inn responded and nine (9) screenshots of the email communication between us about the assistance I requested from you.

Please peruse all these documentary exhibits and look if there are any other claim representatives or any other personnel you advised me to deal with. You merely tossed me like a volleyball back to this tandem Gueniot and Liu and no one else.

Please tell Mr. Deryk Inn that I am most respectfully requesting him to edit his response to my comments in Google Maps based on due diligence and what is factual and true.

Antonio, you are not a client of mine, but I understand you are speaking on behalf of someone else. As explained to you, once a claim is submitted, the decisions of what is and is not covered lies solely in the hands of our claims department. We put you in touch with numerous claims representatives multiple times.  It is unfortunate that you chose to post this on my personal small business page.
