Inn and Atchley: May I most respectfully inform that I would want to express my profound gratitude for having your response shown in image above: "I will not change my comments as they are the truth whether you like it or not. Both names you listed are in fact representatives of State Farm’s claims department. What you are doing is harassing a small business owner over a decision that was made by corporate State Farm, not me. You are not my client. Cease and desist contact with me and my office." And please allow me to rewrite your statements and place a number on each one of them respectively. 1. I will not change my comments as they are the truth whether you like it or not. 2. Both names you listed are in fact representatives of State Farm’s claims department. 3. What you are doing is harassing a small business owner over a decision that was made by corporate State Farm, (highlighted in bold font for emphasis) not me. 4. You are not my client. 5. Cease and desist contact with me and my office. Where, Number 1 seals the fact that you, Mr. Inn, commit not just simple negligent misrepresentation but it shows deliberate, intentional and willful representation of facts presented to you. Though you are given dual chances to correct those errors you still wanted to wallow with them. Number 2 clearly shows that it is me that presented to both of you names of tandem Gueniot and Liu and admitting that it is not you presenting them to me defying your statement that you get me in touch with numerous claims representatives multiple times. The truth is I am asking from you who is the manager over them to write on what this tandem Gueniot and Liu are wrongfully doing. But both of you, Mr. Atchley and Inn refused to name even one manager over them nor any insurance claim representative. Number 3 It is not that I sought assistance from you being my wife's and daughter's insurance agent is an act of harassing you. Instead, you should feel exalted and be proud and be glad that you are able to give valuable services to your clients under your care. Consumers who are reading this communication which I made public would know that you are not a small business owner. But you are like a ferocious tiger in the company of wolves disguising yourself as a meek lamb. Number 4 Worse, you receive insurance payments from my family then writing to me we are not your clients. Since November 2020 I have been communicating with your office and have recognized me representing my family in this endeavor. Belated refusal to grant me recognition is ridiculous and misplaced this time. Number 5 Worst, display of arrogance and loss of tact and diplomacy and sportsmanship. How could you write "Cease and desist contact with my office." . Clients do need solutions to problems they have with their insurance and you are there in contract with your clients in the insurance business to cater solutions to their needs. If it happens that a problem presented to you is hard for you to offer solutions to it, then just humbly write that you are sorry, you might not be able to help due to circumstances beyond your control and never make a rope out of sand. In other words, be truthful, do not lie, cheat or misrepresent. With numbers 1 to 5 having presented to you, a question on why I am profoundly giving thanks to you. It is because in number 3 you unwittingly collaborated with what the FBI might be thinking that the scam done by these employees are beyond personal level but corporate in nature as in your statement in number 3, and I quote, " What you are doing is harassing a small business owner over a decision that was made by corporate State Farm, not me." This information is what I am also interested in due to the fact the crime alleged as I suspected has since then become both personal and materially corporate in scope. Since November 2020, I have you copy furnished with my email communication with tandem Gueniot and Liu and I have let you know the alleged crimes of fraud and vandalism against tandem Gueniot and Liu's plumber informant Titouah but what you did is keeping silent about it and refused helping me with my insurance claim and effectively aided and abetted Gueniot, Liu and Titouah perpetuating their alleged crimes. This consequently made you a party to it. You have likewise have conspired with them based on your reactions. In conspiracy when Titouah is determined criminally liable, you being a party to it, the FBI might find you criminally liable too. Having written this, State Farm will be likewise talking to you about this revelation so with the FBI. Hence, again, I am expressing my profound gratitude for your help though as I see it you never meant it to be. If you told him that information then please tell him that you lied to him. However, if Mr. Deryk Inn wrote that information by himself then please convince him that it is an inappropriate alibi because aside from Mr. Liu and Mr. Gueniot whom we both already knew, you did not inform me of any claim representatives.
