HABITUAL, OUTRAGEOUS  DELIBERATE AND INTENTIONAL DISTORTION OF MATERIAL FACT The following sixteen  (16) images are from the 341-paged compilation titled, "INSURANCE BAD FAITH BY FIRST AMERICAN, where these images and respective captions therewith shows records of habitual, outrageous, intentional, willful, deliberate distortion of facts regarding the "Cash Out Offer Denial Letter" which was uploaded to the Message Center on May 20, 2020. CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 1 On May 20, 2020, we had uploaded to the Message Center the Cash Out Denial Letter. CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 2 On June 7, 2020, we reiterated that the Cash Out Denial Letter had been uploaded to the Message Center on May 20, 2020. CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 3 On June 15, 2020, First American wrote that the cash out is being processed. This being the fist time of five times five times refusal to acknowledge the Cash Out Offer Denial Letter uploaded on May 20, 2020.  CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 4 On June 29, 2020, First American wrote, that the cash offer had been initiated and accepted on 6/3. We replied that the we are confused. We have already denied the cash offer and the denial letter about it had been uploaded to the Message Center but First American still wrote that the cash offer had been initiated and accepted on 6/3. This being the second time of five times refusal to acknowledge the Cash Out Offer Denial Letter uploaded on May 20, 2020.  CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 5 On July 6, 2020, First American wrote, that the cash out offer was initiated and accepted in 6/3, this being the third time of five times refusal to acknowledge the Cash Out Offer Denial Letter uploaded on May 20, 2020.  CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 6 On July 8, 2020, First American wrote, was initiated and accepted 6/3, this being the fourth time of five times refusal to acknowledge the Cash Out Offer Denial Letter uploaded on May 20, 2020.  CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 7 On July 29, 2020, First American wrote that cash out offer was given to us on May 20, 2020 and a check in the amount of $482.50 had been mailed to us, this being the fifth time of five times refusal to acknowledge the Cash Out Offer Denial Letter uploaded on May 20, 2020.  We did not even see that check. CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 8 On July 29, 2020, we reiterated that the Cash Out Denial Letter had been uploaded to the Message Center since May 20, 2020. This time we uploaded the Cash Out Denial Letter again . CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 9 On August 11, 2020, First American wrote the first time of four times acknowledgement of the cash offer had been denied and the check payment had been voided. CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 10 On September 3, 2020, First American wrote the second time of four times acknowledgement of the cash offer had been denied and the check payment had been voided. CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 11 On September 7, 2020, First American wrote the third time of four times acknowledgement of the cash offer had been denied and the check payment had been voided. CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 12 On September 14, 2020, First American wrote the fourth time of four times acknowledgement of the cash offer had been denied and the check payment had been voided. CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 13 On September 25, 2020 12:53PM again First American wrote to us that the cash out had already been paid to us and a check in the amount of $482.50 was mailed to us, despite having acknowledged of the information of the cash out offer denial from us, four times. CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 14 On September 25, 2020 3:04PM again First American wrote to us that the cash out had already been paid to us and a check in the amount of $482.50 was mailed to us for the second time, despite having acknowledged of the information of the cash out offer denial from us, four times. CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 15 On September 30, 2020 12:39PM First American wrote to us that the cash out had already been paid and a check amount of $482.50 was mailed to us for the third time, four times. On September 30, 2020 12:53PM again First American wrote to us that the cash out had already been paid to us and a check in the amount of $482.50 was mailed to us for the fourth time, despite having acknowledged the information of the cash out offer denial from us, four times. CASH OUT DENIAL NOTE 16 On October 6, 2020, First American wrote that a cash offer had already been paid and a check in the amount of $482.50 was mailed to us, for the fifth time, despite having acknowledged the information of the cash out offer denial from us four times, where we replied, "YOU ARE CHEATING."
