CHEATING 4. MISREPRESENTATION ON ADJUSTERS HANDLING OUR CLAIM




SY-JOSE MEDINA OR JOSE MEDINA AND JOSE M. ARE ONE AND THE SAME PERSON.
THE FACT THAT FIRST AMERICAN MADE IT APPEAR THAT A NEW CLAIM SPECIALIST WAS ASSIGNED TO OUR CLAIM TO AVOID ANSWERING THE QUESTION, "  PLEASE ANSWER YES OR NO, HAVE YOU ADVISED SY-JOSE MEDINA TO SEND ME UPDATES FROM APRIL 28, 2020 UP TO THE PRESENT VIA MY EMAIL ADDRESS: antoniobuensuceso@gmail.com?". THIS QUESTION REMAINED NOT ANSWERED WHICH MEANS HE HAD NO PROOF THAT HE ADVISED SY-JOSE MEDINA TO SEND ME UPDATES VIA MY EMAIL ADDRESS MAKING THEIR ACTS TO CHEAT COLLECTIVELY BE DELIBERATE, WILLFUL, INTENTIONAL AND OUTRAGEOUS. 



On July 4, 2020 the First American Message Center wrote, "Any emails that have occurred between you and Mr. Medina should be in your own email box." This statement from the message center made it appear as if Medina was sending emails to me but actually he was not.




In order to make sure that the First American Message Center had advised Medina about sending me updates to my email address twice on July 4, 2020 and July 5, 2020, where I wrote, " PLEASE ANSWER YES OR NO, HAVE YOU ADVISED SY-JOSE MEDINA TO SEND ME UPDATES FROM APRIL 28, 2020 UP TO THE PRESENT VIA MY EMAIL ADDRESS: antoniobuensuceso@gmail.com?"


Where on July 6, 2020, the First American wrote, "The  requested representative representative is no longer associated with the claim......"




However on July 6, 2020 and July 7, 2020, I insisted that my question, "PLEASE ANSWER YES OR NO. HAVE YOU ADVISED SY-JOSE MEDINA TO SEND ME UPDATES FROM APRIL 28, 2020 UP TO THE PRESENT VIA MY EMAIL ADDRESS: antoniobuensuceso@gmail.com?" be replied to.






Then on July 8, 2020  the First American Message Center wrote, "The  requested representative representative is no longer associated with the claim......", second time.


Nevertheless on July 8, 2020 and July 9, 2020, I insisted that my question, "PLEASE ANSWER YES OR NO. HAVE YOU ADVISED SY-JOSE MEDINA TO SEND ME UPDATES FROM APRIL 28, 2020 UP TO THE PRESENT VIA MY EMAIL ADDRESS: antoniobuensuceso@gmail.com?" be replied to.


Again on July 11, 2020 I continued insisting asking that my question, "PLEASE ANSWER YES OR NO. HAVE YOU ADVISED SY-JOSE MEDINA TO SEND ME UPDATES FROM APRIL 28, 2020 UP TO THE PRESENT VIA MY EMAIL ADDRESS: antoniobuensuceso@gmail.com?" be replied to.

Then finally on July 13, 2020 the First American Message Center wrote, "I have re-opened your claim this time. A claim specialist is assigned to your claim in regards to this matter. They would follow up with the contractor and provide you with updates until the claim is closed. I have included their name and contact information below.......
.....Claims Specialist: Jose M. Phone number :(866) 387-7826 EXT 5583.

I noticed that Claims Specialist: Jose M. Phone number :(866) 387-7826 EXT 5583 is the the same Claim Specialist Sy-Jose Medina that first handle the claim that the message center. The First American cheated, misrepresented by making it appear that the claim had been assigned to a new claim specialist but actually the two claim specialist mentioned were actually the same person where Jose Medina Phone number :(866) 387-7826 EXT 5583 was written this time as Jose M. Phone number :(866) 387-7826 EXT 5583

On June 20, 2020 the claim specialist assigned handling the claim is as First American wrote, "Claims Specialist Sy-Jose Medina Phone number :(866) 387-7826 EXT 5583 . This fact showed that Sy-Jose Medina or Jose Medina is the same person named this time as Jose M. Phone number :(866) 387-7826 EXT 5583. The claim stayed with the same claim specialist contrary to the information which  the message center made it appear  was assigned to a new claim specialist, which is absolutely untrue. I named this as CHEATING 4.
