CHEATING 5 LEAK DETECTION REPORT

We requested from the message center for a copy of the leak detection report submitted to them by the contractor plumber Titouah. The message center and/or Sy-Jose Medina denied our request and wrote to ask that report from Titouah.  However, Titouah likewise  refused to give us copy of the leak detection report though actually we are his customer. Meanwhile, the State Farm Home Insurance got hold of the leak detection report both Sy-Jose Medina and or Titouah refused to show us. Whoever between Titouah and Sy-Jose Medina, it is done with implicit approval of First American while denying us, who actually are Titouah's clients who needed that vital information, the chance to examine it. And on the same day, June2, 2020, the message center wrote, :"You will need to contact tech directly to receive copy of report. we do not provide copies of report only tech can." Then on the following day June 3, 2020 we informed the message center that Titouah refused to give us the leak detection report. Whoever between Titouah and Sy-Jose Medina, it is done with implicit approval of First American while denying us, who actually are Titouah's clients who needed that vital information, the chance to examine it.
