CHEATING 6 AIDING TITOUAH TO EXECUTE HIS CRIME

Sy-Jose Medina/ First American/ Message Center intentionally did not inform us early about the repair that they had authorized Titouah to perform, purposely to allow Titouah to execute the plan without any questioning from us to make a huge excavation that would make it appear that he had excavated enough but did find any leak and able to conclude in a statement that the leak is under the foundation favorable to Sy-Jose Medina's partner  Liu/Gueniot of  State Farm Home Insurance. This is CHEATING 6. image CHEATING 6_1 On June 29, 2020 the Message Center wrote among others, specifically, sentences 5 and 6 where those 2 sentences I would like you to take notice :  We assigned a contractor to perform leak detection on 4/29. Between 4/29 and 5/4 we were waiting for the contractors findings. The report was submitted 5/4 advising that they located the leak. Meaning, Sy-Jose Medina and First American assigned a contractor to perform leak detection on 4/29. The record had shown that the contractor who performed leak detection was Titouah of All Express Plumbing. Titouah submitted the report informing Sy-Jose Medina that he located the leak on 5/4. image CHEATING 6_2 On May 4, 2020 11:51AM we requested for a copy of the leak detection report that contractor Titouah submitted. Sy-Jose Medina and First American had seen the report that day and Sy-Jose Medina/ First American/Message Center should have informed us on that day May 4, 2020  or in May 5, 2020 the information that contractor Titouah has been authorized to complete the following repairs.  Failure: Leaking water underneath dining room hallway. Correction: Access pipe encased in concrete slab and repair pipe, if the actual copy of the contractor report could not be given to us. Should Sy-Jose Medina informed us early enough on May 4, 2020 or on the morning of May 5, 2020 which provide a wide window to give that information to us, Titouah had to answer a lot of questions from us and he probably would not be able to execute his plan.  The questions we have lined up for him to answer are the following: 1. Why Titouah did not bring with him any part and tools for repair. He had no torch, pipes, etc.? 2. Why bring a huge jackhammer where just a smaller chipping and chisel  hammer drill can finish the job? See PICTURE B. 3. Why bring along with him two helpers where the the job with which is assigned to him can be done by one plumber?  4. Why for a project worth $700 Titouah aside from him had to pay two more extra helpers. How he would be able to survive his business  with a revenue of just $700? PICTURE B NOTICE THE SOFT CONCRETE ON TOP OF THE LEAKING SPOT AN INDICATION THAT THE LEAKING LINE HAD UNDERWENT A PREVIOUS REPAIR AND COULD BE OPENED UP AGAIN NO NEED OF HELPERS AND THE JACKHAMMER AND BRINGING WITH HIM JUST A SMALLER ELECTRICAL  HAMMER AND MASONRY CHISEL WHICH WOULD NOT SHATTER THE FOUNDATION AND THE WATER LINES IN IT. NOTE THAT HE BROUGHT WITH HIM 2 HELPERS AND A MIGHTY JACKHAMMER  NOT REALLY TO REPAIR THE LEAKING HOT WATER LINE BUT DELIBERATELY HIDE IT FROM US AND TO INTENTIONALLY ACCOMPLISH HIS OBJECTIVE TO CREATE AN EXCAVATION TO PROVE THAT THERE IS "NO LEAK IN THE SLAB BUT A SUSPECTED LEAK UNDER THE FOUNDATION" GIVING HELP TO STATE FARM TO ESCAPE SECONDARY DAMAGE LIABILITY  image CHEATING 6_3 On May 6, 2020 Sy-Jose Medina/First American/Message Center  belatedly informed us that the plumber Titouah has been authorized to complete the following repair.  Failure: Leaking water underneath dining room hallway.
