THOUGH HAVING BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THE CASH OFFER BEING DENIED ON MAY 20, 2020.(see below) THE MESSAGE CENTER/SY-JOSE MEDINA/FIRST AMERICAN  KEPT ON LYING ON THEIR WRITTEN STATEMENTS ON VITAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ISSUE, SPECIFICALLY, THE FACT THAT THEY SENT THE CHECK FOR $482.50 TO US, WRITTEN 9 COUNTS RESPECTIVELY ON  JUNE 8, 2020, JULY 6, 2020, JULY 8, 2020, JULY 29, 2020, SEPTEMBER 25, 2020 12:53PM AND 3:04PM, SEPTEMBER 30, 2020 12:39PM AND 2:53PM AND OCTOBER 6, 2020. THESE EVENTS MENTIONED DID NOT HAPPEN AS WE DID NOT EVEN SEE ANY TRACE OF THAT CHECK. THESE FACTS AMONG OTHERS, SHOWED IMPRESSIVELY CONSTANT FEARLESS, SHAMELESS, OUTRAGEOUS, WILLFUL, DELIBERATE, INTENTIONAL, REPREHENSIBLE HABITUAL CHEATING AND LYING  BY SY-JOSE MEDINA/THE MESSAGE CENTER/FIRST AMERICAN.
