The tragic shooting of Virginia journalists

Early this morning, Virginia reporter Alison Parker and her cameraman Adam Ward were fatally shot while on air. The shooting suspect, Bryce Williams , died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. As this tragedy is unfolding, an ethical debate rages about how to handle the graphic footage.
