ATTY. RAUL QUIROZ ALIBI ON WHY
ANNEX 5 "QUITCLAIM" WAS NOT VERIFIED
Your Honor, in order to justify why Annex 5
"quitclaim" was not verified Atty. Raul Quiroz
wrote in page 5 NO. 13 of his REJOINDER
this sworn statement:
"13. The fact that the quitclaim signed by the
Complainant was not verified can be
attributed to the complainant's bad faith
himself. At the time he executed the
quitclaim at the presence of the
Company's Remunerations Supervisor,
Ms. Eva Rojas, he informed Ms. Rojas
that he does not have with him his
Community Tax Certificate and that he
would return and provide her with said
certificate. He never returned with the
certificate, despite repeated follow-ups
from Ms. Rojas."

This statement is deceitful lie. If his alibi is true
that I told Ms. Eva Rojas that do not have my
"cedula" on February 15, 2003 and I will come
back to show it to her for verification purposes,
why did Ms. Eva Rojas on October 23, 2003, on
our next meeting when I received my PRB
(Performance Related Bonus) she did not ask
for my cedula for the Annex 5 "Quitclaim" or
for the Annex "J" PRB PAYMENT.
I am showing LABEL 5.4.4 Complainant Reply
Annex "J" PRB (Performance Related Bonus)
payment. Please note that this document is
again, not verified same as Annex 5 "Quitclaim".
With this presentation Atty. Raul Quiroz has
proven to be lying in his sworn statement.
He has undoubtedly violated the Lawyer's Oath.
Atty. Raul Quiroz should be disbarred.

para sa verification purposes ay bakit po
noong Oktubre 23, 2003, sa muli naming
pagkikita sa pagbibigay niya sa akin ng PRB
(Performance Related Bonus) hindi niya
