All such contentions are denied. We handle each claim on its own merits. State Farm and I have complied with the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing in the investigation and handling of your claim." You wrote, specifically, "State Farm has previously responded to your emails that contained allegations of misconduct by me and State Farm." NOW WRITE TO ME EMAILS THAT CONTAINED ALLEGATIONS OF MISCONDUCT BY STATE  FARM AND YOU AND YOUR CORRESPONDING EMAIL RESPONSE TO EACH ONE OF THEM. FAILURE ON YOUR PART TO SHOW AND NAME AND IDENTIFY EMAILS THAT CONTAINED ALLEGATIONS OF MISCONDUCT BY STATE FARM AND YOU AND YOUR CORRESPONDING RESPONSE TO EACH ONE OF THEM DEFEATS CREDIBILITY OF YOUR STATEMENT, "State Farm has previously responded to your emails that contained allegations of misconduct by me and State Farm."  WHICH MAKES THIS STATEMENT UNTRUE AND APPEARS TO BE A CLEAR MANIFESTATION  OF HABITUAL CHEATING AND MISREPRESENTATION  NOW IN CLOSER ANALYSIS OF YOUR STATEMENT  "  State Farm has previously responded to your emails that contained allegations of misconduct by me and State Farm."  FROM PAR. 4 OF AUGUST 21, 2020 AND COMPARE TO THIS STATEMENT FROM PAR. 5 DENIAL LETTER OF AUGUST 14, 2020 " Your email contains allegations of misconduct by John Titouah. State Farm will not respond to your allegations against John Titouah." IN THE FORMER STATEMENT YOU WROTE , " State Farm has previously responded to your emails..... " IN THE LATTER STATEMENT YOU WROTE,  " State Farm will not respond....  " HONESTLY, I AM CONFUSED ON WHAT POSITION YOU WOULD WANT TO ANCHOR YOUR ARGUMENT INTO.  HAS STATE FARM REALLY RESPONDED  OR STATE FARM WILL NOT RESPOND?  THIS IS LYING, IN EITHER CASE, ABSOLUTELY. BESIDES, YOU ARE INDEED SOWING TORTIOUS CONFUSION ON YOUR STATEMENTS. SO MY PLEA IS, SPARE ME OUT OF THESE SUFFERINGS YOU INTENTIONALLY AND DELIBERATELY SUBJECTING ME. MAY I PRESENT TO YOU AGAIN  THE ORIGIN OF OUR NEGOTIATION AND/OR DISCUSSION ABOVE : PAR. 5 DENIAL LETTER dated August 14, 2020  You wrote, " Your email contains allegations of misconduct by John Titouah. State Farm will not respond to your allegations against John Titouah. However, to the extent you allege State Farm is a party to a crime you allege was committed by John Titouah, State Farm denies that contention. " COMMENTS : Please indicate what particular email or emails you are referring to as to allegations of misconduct by John Titouah. I might be thinking and discussing  emails  which are entirely different from what you have in mind. So, kindly identify those emails and corresponding subject matters containing allegations of misconduct by John Titouah which as you wrote you will not respond to. Please write all of them down and send it to me and note that those emails contained John Titouah's misconduct which you unequivocally  declared, will not respond to. We must endeavor to make our positions clear to avoid confusion. Please acknowledge receipt of this e-mail and kindly inform me when I should expect a reply to this email.
