There are eight (8) paragraphs containing no policy defense in it. Look closely, this statement " This company does not intend by this letter to waive any policy defenses in addition to those stated above   " is from PAR.8. Then read PAR. 1 to 7 and show me where in those paragraphs I can find your policy defenses. Honestly, I could not find any. I therefore, urge you to re write your denial letters showing clarity and truthfulness in your statements to avoid confusion and cause unnecessary delay in our negotiations.
