AUGUST 24,  2020 GORDON LIU CLAIM SPECIALIST STATE FARM HOME INSURANCE RE: Claim Number 55-06c6-44x        Policy Number 77-C3-B499-7 DATE OF LOSS: April 26, 2020 STATEMENTS  MEANT TO CONFUSE TO DERAIL THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS Dear Mr. Liu: PLEASE SEE, PAR. 5 DENIAL LETTER dated August 21, 2020  You wrote, " Your demand that the decision by State Farm to deny this claim be reversed is respectfully declined. Our position as communicated in our letters to you dated May 6, 2020, June 12, 2020, July 13, 2020, July 17, 2020 and July 31, 2020 are unchanged. This claim file remains closed. All conditions previously quoted still apply. " You wrote, specifically, "All conditions previously quoted still apply. " COMMENTS : Please be clear. PLEASE EXPLAIN  CLEARLY ,"All conditions previously quoted still apply." YOU HAVE NOT IDENTIFIED AND EXPLAINED AT LEAST EVEN ONE OF THOSE CONDITIONS PREVIOUSLY QUOTED. I AM CONFUSED ON WHAT  MESSAGE THESE STATEMENTS INTENDED TO BE. AS I SEE IT,  THIS IS A PATTERN  OF MERELY SOWING CONFUSION IN OUR NEGOTIATION SINCE MONTHS AGO AND THEY WERE MERELY PLOYED TO DERAIL THE PROCESS TO THE  LEGITIMATE  APPROVAL OF OUR INSURANCE CLAIM AND AVOID QUESTIONS ON YOUR BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP WITH JOHN TITOUAH WHICH WE BOTH NEED TO CLARIFY.  WITH THAT INFORMATION BEING RELAYED TO YOU AND YOU DELIBERATELY, INTENTIONALLY REFUSED TO RESPOND AND COOPERATE, HENCE, MERIT A SEVERE PUNITIVE RETRIBUTION ON YOUR PART. THIS COMPLAINT HAD BEEN PRESENTED TO YOU AS SHOWN IN NEXT BELOW BUT YOU REFUSED TO EXPLAIN AND COOPERATE AND REMAINED STEADFAST IN INTENTIONAL AND DELIBERATE SOWING OF CONFUSION TO DERAIL THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS. I REPEAT,  YOUR EFFORT ARE INTENTIONAL AND DELIBERATE  AND HABITUAL IN SOWING CONFUSION PURPOSELY TO DERAIL OUR NEGOTIATION SUBJECTING US TO UNNECESSARY DELAY.  NEXT : I AM SHOWING BACK TO YOU PAR. 6 DENIAL LETTER dated August 14, 2020  You wrote, " Your demand that the decision by State Farm to deny this claim be reversed is respectfully declined. All conditions previously quoted still apply. " You wrote, specifically, "All conditions previously quoted still apply " COMMENTS : Please be clear.  Please  enumerate all those conditions, define and explain each one of them. I am confused with this statement.  That is why I am commenting please be clear and on what you are writing to avoid confusion. Please acknowledge receipt of this e-mail and kindly inform me when I should expect a reply to this email.
