WORK REQUEST 5  MOSSES #309428194  MICROWAVE OVEN AND DISHWASHER REPAIR- WE REQUESTED FOR SERVICE FOR OUR MICROWAVE. THE TECHNICIAN FIXED IT BUT BROKE DOWN AGAIN CAUSED BY THE SAME PROBLEM A FEW DAYS AFTER ONE MONTH. AS WARRANTY OF WORK EXPIRES IN A MONTH. SO, WE HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $75 SERVICE CHARGE AGAIN TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. I REQUESTED FOR A LIST OF CONTRACTORS FIRST AMERICAN HAD ACCREDITED DOING SIMILAR WORK SO THAT I COULD CHOOSE FOR A BETTER ONE THAN THE PREVIOUS TECHNICIAN BUT FIRST AMERICAN REFUSED TO GIVE US A LIST WHERE TO CHOOSE FROM,  INSTEAD THEY TOLD US, WE JUST MAKE A ANOTHER WORK REQUEST AND PAY $75 AND ACCEPT SERVICE WHOEVER THEY WANTED TO DO THE WORK FOR US. AGAIN, FORCING US TO ACCEPT SERVICE OF CONTRACTORS OF THEIR OWN CHOICE AND OUR REQUEST FOR SERVICE HAD BEEN ALSO TECHNICALLY DENIED. As of now, this claim has been completed and any issues related to the work the contractor did would a liability insurance claim placed against the contractor. You can do this by calling their office and advising that you would like to place a claim against their liability insurance. You will need to contact the contractor directly if they have caused secondary damage as they do carry liability insurance.
