First, I may have a chance to fully understand the issues on the side of your perspective; b. Under California Penal Code 135 PC, destroying or concealing evidence is a misdemeanor offense. If you are convicted of this crime, you face up six months in county jail and/or a $1,000 base fine. SINCE MAY 5, 2020, MR. LUI, YOU IMPRESSED UPON  US VIRTUAL INSPECTION OR LIVE VIDEO FOOTAGES  THAT DATE FROM PLUMBER, TITOUAH'S CELL  PHONE AND FROM JULY 4, 2020 TO JULY 13, 2020  SHOWN 1, 2. 3, 4 AND 5, RECORD OF EMAILS  SHOWN ABOVE, COVERING FIVE (5) EMAILS                  WANTING AND NEEDING  THE SHOWING AND  SENDING OF IT TO THE INTERESTED  INVESTIGATING PARTY,  MYSELF,  TO BE PART OF  MY CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AGAINST TITOUAH,  YOU, MR. LIU,  MIGHT HAVE HAVE COMMITTED AND  BEEN CONTINUING COMMITTING THE CRIME OF  DESTROYING OR CONCEALING EVIDENCE AND  CONTINUING HIDING IT FROM ME UP TO THIS  DATE CONSTITUTES INTENTIONAL AND  DELIBERATE EFFORT TO PREVENT IT FROM BEING  PRODUCED AND REMAINED CONCEALED FROM ME.
