(INITIAL DRAFT)
I was born and educated in the Philippines, completed courses in Automotive and Diesel Mechanics then hired by Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation as a petroleum refinery operator in her refinery in Tabangao, Batangas City, Philippines way back May 1978, then completed a bachelor's degree in Management Engineering in October 1988 while working at the same time in Shell Refinery where I served for twenty four years.
In Philippine setting Shell probably enjoyed a reputation of being one of the most admired companies in the Philippines but after the bitter experiences, generally bestowed by Shell on her employees and myself in particular, and having this predicament relayed to the world through the aid of the computers, internet, tablets and mobile devices, Shell shall crumble in shame subdued by the gravity of her own excesses and inhumane conduct of doing business.
While attending classes I went the "extra mile" by continually adding pages to my blog, on a daily basis applying the knowledge, training and skills I learned from the IMCP and at the same time writing comments and pleadings with regards to cases I filed against Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation, her manager, for illegal termination of employment, her legal counsel, for disbarment, the Labor Arbiter, the three commissioners of the National Labor Relations, the three Associate Justices of the Court of Appeals and one Clerk of Court of the Supreme Court of the Philippines for violation of the Anti Graft and Corrupt Practices Act. I persevere to look for articles to read relevant to the cases I filed and other issues, like social justice, corruption and concerns close to my heart like global warming, environment, renewable and alternative sources of energy, and of course, freedom in the internet and gather them together and publish them in my blog.
After completion of my educational goal I shall find a niche on the web where readers would read wide and visitors would not leave, and keep it their home, where tears would turn to laughter, hopelessness into inspiration, and prod people to keep on moving moving, and to top it all, as I did, to keep on putting one foot ahead of another toward the direction of continuing education.
It is worthwhile, and it pays and its free.

My Personal Brief
I was born and educated in the Philippines, completed courses in Automotive and Diesel Mechanics then hired by Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation as a petroleum refinery operator in her refinery in Tabangao, Batangas City, Philippines way back May 1978, then completed a bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering in October 1988 while working at the same time in Shell Refinery where I served for twenty four years.
In the Philippines Shell probably enjoyed a reputation of being one of the most admired companies in the Philippines but after the bitter experiences, generally bestowed by Shell on her employees and myself in particular, and having this predicament relayed to the world through the aid of the computers, internet, tablets and mobile devices, Shell crumbled in shame subdued by the gravity of her own excesses and inhumane conduct of doing business.
While attending classes I went the “extra mile” by continually adding pages to my blog, on a daily basis applying the knowledge, training and skills I learned from the IMCP and at the same time writing comments and pleadings with regards to cases I filed against Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation, her manager, for illegal termination of employment, her legal counsel for disbarment, the Labor Arbiter, the three commissioners of the National Labor Relations, the three Associate Justices of the Court of Appeals and one Clerk of Court of the Supreme Court of the Philippines for violation of the Anti Graft and Corrupt Practices Act. I persevere to look for articles to read relevant to the cases I filed and other issues, like social justice, corruption and concerns close to my heart like global warming, environment, renewable and alternative sources of energy, and of course freedom in the internet and gather them together and publish them in my blog.
After completion of my educational goal I shall find a niche on the web where readers are well informed and visitors will embrace the content, where tears will turn to laughter, hopelessness into inspiration, and encourage people to keep moving forward as I did and keep on putting one foot ahead of another toward the direction of continuing education.
It is necessary to help me in pursuit of these goals.
