BG Group is aware that we will publish more articles and evidence about Mr Finlayson and his time at Shell in coming days, including the "TOUCH F*** ALL"safety culture on North Sea rigs, which cost the lives of Shell offshore workers (with his own comments on this novel but deadly policy)

We have today sent to BG Group (copied to Shell) a draft article about its newly appointed CEO Chris Finlayson and his involvement in a Shell scandal.

This was the covering message:

Dear Paula

Printed below is a draft article we intend to publish at 11am tomorrow.

This will give your company (and Shell) the opportunity to seek an injunction to prevent publication if you challenge the veracity of what we say or the authenticity of the evidence.

If we receive no reply before 11am tomorrow, we will assume that the facts are not disputed and will proceed with publication.  More links will be added.
