Dear Mr James Maughan,
Good morning.
Please be informed that I have not received any reply from you on my e-mails to you dated September 30, 2013 and October 30, 2013 respectively, covering the same subject.
Likewise, I have not yet received the original copy of my educational credentials.
Since you refused to send me back the original copy of my credentials with the signatures of Ms Anna Hernandez, Mr Wes Wilkinson and yours, I will be compelled to elevate the issues to an authority over you, with your indulgence, in this case to Ms Liz Haven. I would want to know how she would deal with Ms Debbie Zuccala, Ms Anna Hernandez, Mr Wes Wilkinson, Ms Christine Gordon, Mr Andrew Cooper and you, most respectfully, Mr James Maughan after reading my painful experience and emotional trauma which your employees, your office and you inflicted upon my person.
Please send me back the original copy of my educational credentials with the signatures of the three of you to show proof that you have prudently examined those documents and you have conscientiously determined that it did not meet the minimum six educational point requirement for Grade 1 operator certification examination as Ms Anna Hernandez analyzed and shown in her denial letter.
