A GLARING EXPOSITION OF AN ESTABLISHED FACT THAT  TITOUAH IS UNDOUBTEDLY DOING HIS ILLICIT TRADE WITH IMPUNITY(see 5) IN CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY WITH TWO (2) INSURERS, A HOME WARRANTY AS IN FIRST AMERICAN AND A HOME INSURANCE AS IN STATE FARM. THE INSURANCE CARRIERS ACTING AS CLIENTS OF HIS CRIMINAL DECEITFUL ENDEAVOR IMPLEMENTING THE SAME MODUS OPERANDI ALL OVER AGAIN LIKE WHAT THEY DID TO US AND PERHAPS TO OTHER GULLIBLE HOMEOWNERS IN THE PAST BEFORE US, AS HOMEOWNERS BEING SINGLE HANDEDLY WITH MEAGER FUNDS, WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF LAWYERS WHO PLEDGED TO BE FIGHTING TOGETHER WITH THEM BUT ACTUALLY ALSO ARE CONSPIRING WITH THESE INSURERS  THEN WHEN THE HOMEOWNER  STAGED A FIGHT AGAINST TWO GIANT CORPORATIONS WHO HAVE BILLIONS IN RESOURCES WHILE CONSPIRING WITH THE PLUMBER CONTRACTORS, LIKE TITOUAH ARE HELPLESS VICTIMS OF THEIR UNLAWFUL TRIUMVIRATE. THIS IS THE REASON WHY YOU IMPRESSED UPON ME, IN THE PRESENCE OF OUR FAMILY, ON YOUR SITE VISIT ON JUNE 29, 2020 THAT YOU HAD APPEARED IN COURT MULTIPLE TIMES IN BEHALF OF STATE FARM ABOUT SLAB LEAKS AND ALL THE RESULTS HAVE BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL. THIS FACT IS COLLABORATED WITH ONE PRESENTLY WORKING AS A PUBLIC ADJUSTER WHO HAD A SOLID SEVENTEEN YEARS OF BEING TOGETHER WITH YOUR TEAM AS A CLAIM ADJUSTER  BEFORE BEING A PUBLIC ADJUSTER WHO HONESTLY CONFIDED TO ME BEHIND EXTREME CONDITION OF ANONYMITY,  DURING THE PERIOD OF SEVENTEEN (17) YEARS WHEN HE BEING CONNECTED WITH STATE FARM, STATE FARM HAD NEVER LOST EVEN A SINGLE CASE ABOUT SLAB LEAKS. It is to my understanding, whether you conform or not, the statute of limitations on "the year suit against us" shall be tolled as of the date of this email, April 21, 2021 based on the continuing violation doctrine.  Any objection to my understanding about this issue is expected to be written clearly, formally,  and comprehensively, citing credible reasons or explanations in the defense of your objection. My home warranty contracted All Express plumbing to service my rocking toilet. I contacted All Express plumbing, the day before the plumber was supposed to come, to inform them that the flange was above the tile and that it needed to be cut down and replaced; the receptionist said it would be no problem. A man, who I am not sure was even a real plumber, due to the fact that he was in a nice collared shirt, jeans, and new boots told me that he was covering for the original plumber who was supposed to service my toilet. After telling him what was wrong with my toilet, because the receptionist failed to communicate the issue with him, he told me that he didn't bring any tools with him and that he thought it was just a wax ring that needed to be replaced. After he told me that he could not fix it, he quickly left. I have not since heard from his company, even after leaving a voicemail requesting an update. Come to find out the man from All Express plumbing reported to my home insurance company that the issue was diagnosed and that the toilet was due to faulty installation, and the tile underneath the toilet needed to be cut so that a new flange can be installed... How would he know this if he never looked underneath the toilet? However, if the man had lifted the toilet, he would have seen that the tile was cut wide enough for a new flange to be installed. We hired the plumber, JOHN, ALL EXPRESS PLUMBING, who FIRST WARRANTY sent to us, whom I trusted to fix our hot water line leak. He excavated the affected area then when the leak seems appearing on the line the plumber appeared to be bothered, (supported by video footage) he instructed his men to open the the kitchen hot water faucet (supported by video footage), the leak disappeared and continued digging but farther away from that leaking point. After digging almost 1.5 square foot of concrete with a depth of 6 inches while the hot water line is devoid of pressure he set his camera took live video of the excavation and informed the man on the other side of the line, whom I did know at that time who he was, that he can not find a leak DESPITE OF DIGGING 10 INCHES OF CONCRETE,(absolute lie), though he just dug 6 inches at the most (supported by video and pictures of actual excavation part) and conclude a statement that the leak is under the foundation. Later, the STATE FARM insurance adjuster talked to us (now we know who was the man on the other side of the line) that based on the plumbers video footage and statements BY JOHN, our claim is not covered because the leak is under the foundation and the following day we receive a denial letter of our claim attached to an e-mail. Hence our insurance claim was denied on account of fraudulent "NO LEAK BUT LEAK UNDER THE FOUNDATION SCENARIO" video message and statement declaration by my plumber, JOHN, of ALL EXPRESS PLUMBING. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY.
