Any objection to my understanding about this issue is expected to be written and sent to me within fifteen (15) days after receipt of this email, clearly, formally, and comprehensively, citing credible reasons or explanations in the defense of your objection. I contacted All Express plumbing, the day before the plumber was supposed to come, to inform them that the flange was above the tile and that it needed to be cut down and replaced; the receptionist said it would be no problem. A man, who I am not sure was even a real plumber, due to the fact that he was in a nice collared shirt, jeans, and new boots told me that he was covering for the original plumber who was supposed to service my toilet. After telling him what was wrong with my toilet, because the receptionist failed to communicate the issue with him, he told me that he didn't bring any tools with him and that he thought it was just a wax ring that needed to be replaced. After he told me that he could not fix it, he quickly left. I have not since heard from his company, even after leaving a voicemail requesting an update. Come to find out the man from All Express plumbing reported to my home insurance company that the issue was diagnosed and that the toilet was due to faulty installation, and the tile underneath the toilet needed to be cut so that a new flange can be installed... How would he know this if he never looked underneath the toilet? However, if the man had lifted the toilet, he would have seen that the tile was cut wide enough for a new flange to be installed. All express plumbing received a poor grade in my book for lousy service, deceitfulness, and poor moral character.

NOTICE THE STRIKING SIMILARITY OF THE PATTERN OF THE SCAM THE TRIUMVIRATE EXECUTE THEIR MODUS OPERANDI : Inspection of the plumbing complaint but would not fix the problem. Then followed by 2 or 3 days lull in communication while the triumvirate discussed how to execute the scam using the false report by the plumber. Then, deny the claim on account of the false testimony of the plumber. This scam is productive and least detectable. The victims are helpless. The triumvirate would just do it again and again unless the triumvirate are locked behind bars.

Our claim for secondary damage is denied by STATE FARM INSURANCE on account of a false "no leak but leak under the foundation" scenario composed of statements and video live feed to the person on the other side, whom we do not know who in the first place, conducted by the plumber, JOHN.
We hired the plumber, JOHN, ALL EXPRESS PLUMBING, who FIRST WARRANTY sent to us, whom I trusted to fix our hot water line leak. He excavated the affected area then when the leak seems appearing on the line the plumber appeared to be bothered, (supported by video footage) he instructed his men to open the the kitchen hot water faucet (supported by video footage), the leak disappeared and continued digging but farther away from that leaking point. After digging almost 1.5 square foot of concrete with a depth of 6 inches while the hot water line is devoid of pressure he set his camera took live video of the excavation and informed the man on the other side of the line, whom I did know at that time who he was, that he can not find a leak DESPITE OF DIGGING 10 INCHES OF CONCRETE,(absolute lie), though he just dug 6 inches at the most (supported by video and pictures of actual excavation part) and conclude a statement that the leak is under the foundation. Later, the STATE FARM insurance adjuster talked to us (now we know who was the man on the other side of the line) that based on the plumbers video footage and statements BY JOHN, our claim is not covered because the leak is under the foundation and the following day we receive a denial letter of our claim attached to an e-mail.
Hence our insurance claim was denied on account of fraudulent "NO LEAK BUT LEAK UNDER THE FOUNDATION SCENARIO" video message and statement declaration by my plumber, JOHN, of ALL EXPRESS PLUMBING. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. HE'S NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

I AM WONDERING HOW MR. LIU FROM STATE FARM WOULD KNOW WHO IS THE PLUMBER FIRST AMERICAN ASSIGNED TO WORK ON OUR SLAB LEAK PROBLEM WITHOUT COMMUNICATING DIRECTLY WITH THE CLAIMS ADJUSTER FROM FIRST AMERICAN WHEN IN THIS SITUATION IS SY-JOSE MEDINA. SY-JOSE MEDINA MIGHT HAVE PROBABLY INFORMED GORDON LIU IT WAS ML PLUMBING. NOTICE THAT LEAK DETECTION IS ONE AMONG SERVICES OFFERED BY ML PLUMBING. IF IT IS TRUE THAT ML PLUMBING IS NOT DOING LEAK DETECTION THEN, SY-JOSE MEDINA SHOULD HAVE INITIATED A COMPLAINT AGAINST ML PLUMBING FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT BUT THERE IS NO RECORD OF EXISTENCE OF SUCH COMPLAINT.

ON JUNE 29, 2020 FIRST AMERICAN PRESUMED TO BE SY-JOSE MEDINA THROUGH A MESSAGE THIRD SENTENCE SAID, " The contractor advised that slab leak detection was needed and that they do not do that type of work. " THIS ALIBI OF SY-JOSE MEDINA WHICH HE SAID WAS ACCORDING TO OF ML PLUMBING HAD NO LEGS TO STAND ON. THE VAN OF ML PLUMBING DISPLAYS THE REAL TRUTH OF THE MATTER. ML PLUMBING DOES LEAK DETECTION WORK. SY-JOSE MEDINA IS LYING. THE EVENT, REASSIGNMENT OF PLUMBING WORK TO TITOUAH, HAPPENED IN APRIL 27, 2020 AND IT TOOK SY-JOSE MEDINA TWO MONTHS BEFORE HE WAS ABLE TO WRITE TO US HIS ALIBI THOUGH HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD US HIS ALIBI IN A COUPLE OF DAYS PAST APRIL 27, 2020. THE MESSAGE IS INTENTIONALLY DONE BELATEDLY FOR TWO (2) MONTHS TO AVOID THEIR PLAN OF SCAMMING US BEING BUNGLED BY A CHALLENGE AS TO THE VERACITY OF HIS ALIBI.
THIS MESSAGE IS COLLABORATED BY FACT THAT MY DAUGHTER IS INFORMED BY SY-JOSE MEDINA THAT ML PLUMBING DOES NOT DO LEAK DETECTION WORK.
