A new Clean Water Rule will soon clarify which of our nation’s waterways are protected from pollution, including the small rivers, streams, and wetlands within and near national parks. The rule—which NPCA members and supporters helped to make a reality—will make it easier to protect these important habitats, which provide safe drinking water and fishing, paddling, and swimming opportunities.
