In this aspect it became incumbent upon me to make a video covering an ANTE MORTEM CRIMINAL COMPLAINT  AFFIDAVIT AGAINST TITOUAH so that even if I am incapacitated or die,  your office might be able to pursue this criminal case against Titouah and most probably the adjusters of State Farm and First American as conspirators. In the same self effacing manner may I ask how I may be able to provide this affidavit to the investigator assigned to this case?
