Good morning.
Last September 24, 2012, two persons in the names of certain Christine Gordon and certain Wes Wilkinson wrote me an e-mail. They both did write me an e-mail on this same day (September 24, 2012) both claiming to be your manager. I felt being fooled and confused. Both claimed to be your manager. I patiently waited for your response to my request / follow up but have not received any reply from you even after my persistent effort to beg for help from you. You have willfully and deliberately concealed the truth from me.This is dishonesty. With all due respect, your bad faith and dishonesty became even more astounding by the fact that instead of giving an answer to my question, you opted to send (forwarded) my e-mail dated October 22, 2012 (SIXTH) intended just for you, I repeat, intended just for you, to certain Ms. Christine Gordon and certain Mr. Wes Wilkinson, two persons whose craft acting in conspiracy be fooled and confused me. These two persons are, as far as my experience with them is concerned, are cunning and untrustworthy. And worse, with all due respect to certain Ms, Christine Gordon, she should have asked for a letter of introduction from you for the sake of courtesy before giving a reply to an e-mail not addressed to her, an obvious act of discourtesy on her part. Please take note :This act of Ms. Christine Gordon showed a sharp display of discourtesy to the public. This fact of discourtesy and disrespect, among others, farther put me into greater pain, distress and confusion. However, I beg for Ms. Christine Gordon's indulgence, her instruction for me to address my concerns to her and not to you, as of this moment, is misplaced. I believe the question of who between Ms. Christine Gordon and Mr. Wes Wilkinson is your legally mandated and / or acknowledged manager as declared by you (Ms. Debbie Zuccala) must be settled first.

Would you not asked Ms. Christine Gordon why asked for a phone number when she had already your active e-mail address with her? And worse, how would you feel that on that same day, certain Mr. Wes Wilkinson, wrote you an e-mail, asserting he is manager of this staff subject of your complaint but never address nor discuss your complaint against her and just sent you materials you do already have ? Would you not think that these two are in conspiracy making false representations, to confuse and make a fool of you, aimed to quash your complaint on the erring subject staff ? How would you deal with the situation where after Ms. Christine Gordon and Mr. Wes Wilkinson. another Ms. Sandy Storm and Mr. Sunny Weather claimed to be the erring staff's manager but no one among them accepted accountability and responsibility over the subject staff errors and wrong deeds and omissions ? Would you not think that this is a systematic error covering up strategy prevailing in the Office of Operator Certification which could definitely sealed your fate of not being qualified to take an examination for the simple reason that each time you apply, the Office of Operator Certification staff, though you are qualified, could willfully erroneously evaluate your credentials to appear you failed to meet the needed qualifications? Would you think do you have any chances of holding the erring staff responsible and accountable ? Would you dare apply again given these circumstances ? Now, please consider breaking away from Mr. Wes Wilkinson and Ms. Christine Gordon conspiracy and tell me the truth.
